Managing the Manning Ratio at 96% every month
Maintaining Optimum Time for Hiring Process
Sourcemix - Direct + Referral - 65%, Udaan (Off roll to On roll) - 15% & Consultant - 20%.
50% of all People Manager to be filled internally
30% of all IC Roles to be filled internally
