Key Responsibilities:
Should have good understanding of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Compliance, and HR Operations
Build a high-performance culture with a focus on engagement, retention, and succession planning
Oversee HR policies, statutory compliance, and best practices across retail operations
Manage workforce planning for stores, corporate teams, and expansion initiatives
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience across
all HR domains
Prior experience in
Luxury Apparel / Fashion Retail
is mandatory
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
Notice period not more than 30 days
Male candidate preferred
Based in or willing to relocate to
Delhi
