Managing the entire employee life cycle
Developing corporate strategies for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, etc.
Partner with HOD's to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness
Adjust HR strategies and priorities in response to changing business needs
Monitor adherence of internal policies and legal standards
Initiating employee welfare and engagement activities
Addressing the grievances and actively working on employee relations
Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics
Providing Salary inputs to finance dept. on monthly basis
Responsible for the complete appraisal cycle
Skills Required
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills
Should possess excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Experience
* 6 years & above
