Responsible for end to end recruitment and talent acquisition (2 to 4 positions per month) Implement AI driven tools and data analytics for HR functions Managing the HRMS application and collaborate on process automation Reviewing HR policies and adhering to related HR compliance and best practices Leverage AI tools and e-learning platforms for continuous developmen Strengthen the company's position as a preferred Employer within the financial services domain
