 The Responsibilities: As a Manager HR, you will be responsible for supporting a wide variety of HR initiatives and will partner directly with business leaders to provide HR counsel and support. Working closely with the SVP of People and Culture and other leaders within the department, you will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience and contribute proactively to the planning and day-to-day HR activities of TRANSACT + CBORD. Responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions including handling of employee life cycle beginning with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and compliance.
