Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Handle payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Conduct training and performance appraisals.
Resolve employee grievances and ensure high morale.
Support management in strategic HR initiatives.
Employer Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
4+ years of HR experience in hospitality.
Knowledge of labour laws and hotel HR practices.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
