Responsibilities:
Prepare based on input received from different departments
Post new positions on websites, job boards & different social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook
Co-ordinate with web developer to post any new job opening on company's Job Portal
Screening resumes and applications
Take 1st round of interview to short-list candidates
Coordinate interviews
Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
Good negotiation skill
Send offer and regret letters
Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
Proofread HR documents
Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
Hands-on with Social media handling
Regular post on the different social media platforms
Induction handling and team activities
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in HR, marketing, business management, accounting or any related field from an accredited institution and have upto 3 years of experience in a similar field.
Upto 3 years of similar profile work experience
A clear understanding of software company's recruitment process & well capable to handle 1st round of interview
Hands-on with different channels of recruitment i.e. social media, job boards etc.
Good oral and written communications, a good command of the English language and ability to provide clear communications among all stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope professionally with changing priorities.
Good interpersonal skills & Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
Experience working with external agencies also and managing the creative process through from briefing to implementation
