HR Manager (Digital-PR Agency)A Digital-PR agency is hiring for the profile of HR Manager.Location: DelhiExperience: 7-9 years (Must have experience of working in a Marketing/Communications agency)Key responsibility areas:Personnel focus:- Act as a primary PoC for personnel queries & concerns, providing effective resolution and guidance.- Foster & maintain a positive work environment through clear communication & conflict resolution.- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure personnel satisfaction.Performance management:- Work with leadership to develop performance metrics aligned with company ethos.- Implement performance management process, from review to appraisals to process training & guidance.- Create & implement an innovative & successful onboarding process & program to ensure smooth integration.Culture & engagement:- Initiate & implement consistent & successful personnel engagement initiatives.- Organise annual offsite in coordination with Admin, Finance, and Leadership.- Identify, capture, and improve \'moment of truths\' for personnel across their organisational journey to ensure a positive & open work culture.Learning & Development:- Identify training needs across levels and initiate, calendarise, and implement relevant training & development programs.- Stay informed about best practices in personnel development.- Guide & coach leadership & middle management team on HR best practices.Payroll & HR administration:- Coordinate with finance & administration to maintain accurate company Personnel records and process timely payroll, ensuring legal compliance.- Address payroll related queries & concerns.- Manage HRIS / HRMS system & other tools.- Implement people-programs & liaise with external partners as & when required.Talent acquisition:- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, liaising with HR partners, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and facilitating onboarding process.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Build a talent pipeline and establish partnerships with universities and industry networks.Skills & qualifications required:- Educational qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or Honours in Arts; -Masters in Human Resources or Arts is preferred- At least two years of agency experience as an HR generalist- Immaculate spoken & written English- A strong sense of empathy- A growth & learning mindset- Effective conflict resolution- Design thinking for problem-solving- Process-oriented approach
