Qualifications

  • Master s degree in Human Resources
  • Law graduates preferred
Experience & Skill Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of managerial-level HR experience
  • Strong exposure to industrial relations, labour laws, and employee welfare
  • Experience in manufacturing organizations with 200+ employees, including contract workforce
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
  • Handle labour conciliation proceedings and statutory negotiations
  • Lead union negotiations, wage settlements, and grievance handling
  • Manage labour-related cases before courts and statutory authorities with support from advocates and consultants
  • Drive employee welfare initiatives and maintain industrial harmony at the plant
Candidate Profile
  • Willing to relocate to Cuddalore with family
  • Age group: 40 to 55 years
  • Male candidates preferred (as per operational requirements)
Compensation
  • CTC up to 15 Lakhs per annum, negotiable based on experience and exposure
