Job Purpose

Ensure HSW standards and practices implementation in cluster



On ground audit of 5 to 10% activities under execution



Assuring implementation with local regulatory safety standards/codes and PPE till last mile.



Identifying, recording and reporting hazards, accidents, injuries and health issues.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Drive VIL internal team, MS and Infra Partners for HSW compliance. Drive 100% compliance to HSW requirements and adherence on the ground to deliver 'ZERO' Fatality. SW Score >90 (9/12 months in FY24) Promote culture of Safety and Wellbeing Periodic inspections, random field checks to improve HSW compliance HSW induction to all new joiners in technology and periodic refresher trainings on mandatory HSW topics to the complete manpower Support various technology team in ensuring safe execution of all activities.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Strong knowledge of Safety HSW compliance. Communication and presentation skill set Knowledge of safety rules and practices MUST W@H expertise in terms of Rope Access, Rescue and Fall Hazard Risk Assessment and Mitigation Measures Experience: 6-10 years of experience.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

B.E./B.Tech IRATA Certified
