Role
To strategically manage, implement, and optimize the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically the SAP SuccessFactors platform, and to ensure robust and seamless integration with all internal and external HR and enterprise-level systems, thereby driving efficiency in HR operations and upholding data governance and integrity.
A purpose driven role for you
HRIS Product Strategy, Roadmap, and Governance (SAP SuccessFactors): Formulate and govern the comprehensive HRIS product vision, strategic direction, and multi-year roadmap, with a primary focus on the SAP SuccessFactors suite (e.g., Employee Central, Learning, Performance Management, etc.).
