The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals. This role focuses on driving employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with business heads to understand short- and long-term business goals and align HR initiatives accordingly.
Provide insights and solutions on people strategy, workforce planning, and succession management.
Partner with management to develop organizational structures and manpower plans.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers to address HR-related queries and concerns.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
3. Talent Management & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
Support career progression and talent development plans.
Manage the performance appraisal process and provide guidance for effective performance management.
4. Recruitment & Onboarding
Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure timely and quality hiring.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
5. Policy Implementation & Compliance
Ensure adherence to statutory and company-specific HR policies.
Support audits and compliance activities.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
Use HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Prepare regular HR dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a business partnering role.
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
