:Position: Manager HRBP and Talent ManagementLocation: Goregoan, MumbaiAbout LRNis a SaaS based e-Learning provider with a presence across US, EMEA, APAC, Japan and Costa Rica. In partnership with LRN, companies translate their values into concrete corporate practices, training materials, and leadership behaviors that create a sustainable competitive advantage.About the role:LRN is seeking a Manager - HR Business Partner to support a diverse employee base across India, APAC, and the UK. This role will work closely with the Senior Director - HRBP and will be responsible for driving employee life cycle, leading key HR initiatives, and integrating data-driven practices into core people strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong HR generalist experience, a deep understanding of talent management, and a proactive approach to designing scalable, best-in-class HR practices that align with business strategy.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performance Management: Lead year-round process of continuous performance management including cycles, systems, reporting and communications.
  • Talent Development: Contribute to the Enablement agenda of LRN with course content development for learning programs. Implement the enablement efforts through self-paced and classroom courses.
  • Data driven insights: Analyse HR data to generate actionable insights and recommend strategies for organizational improvement.
  • HR Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics related to employee performance, engagement, and workforce trends.
  • Employee life cycle: Partner with business to provide seamless support and guidance on how to navigate people management
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances and address employee relations issues in compliance with internal policies and local labour laws.
  • HR Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement large scale people projects.
  • Employer Branding: Build the LRN brand as an 'employer of choice' via social media, industry forums and external associations.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Work on seamless integration of people and processes as LRN continues to grow.
Requirements:
  • MBA in HR with minimum 6 years' experience in HRBP/Talent Management or HR generalist.
  • Prior experience conceptualizing and managing HR projects.
  • Good understanding on Talent Development and OD concepts.
  • Analytical mind-set with expertise in analysing large sets of data to draw insights and present findings.
  • Flexibility and organizational skills required to manage multiple projects.
  • High levels of proficiency in use of Microsoft Power point and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Growth mindset with a strong drive to expand capabilities and embrace continuous learning.
  • Agility in navigating and adapting to ambiguity.
