Manager - HRBP - 7+ Years - Noida
We are looking for a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner with over 7 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end HRBP experience, including performance and attrition management, stakeholder management, employee engagement initiatives, Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, and handling the complete employee lifecycle, along with a minimum of 2 years of team-handling experience. Responsibilities: * Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities and design HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, responsible for attrition management, employee grievance resolution, and driving effective retention strategies, along with talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive organizational culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs in alignment with compliance standards and workforce planning requirements.
• Leverage HR analytics and key metrics to deliver insights that support informed decision-making and performance excellence.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to ensure timely hiring, seamless onboarding, and effective integration of talent.

Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 7+ years of end-to-end HR Business Partnering experience, with strong exposure to performance management, stakeholder management, and strategic HR initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience in an HRBP role is mandatory.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage change, and drive data-backed decisions using HR metrics and dashboards, along with sound knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in a fast-paced environment.
