? Payroll: Coordinate salary processing based on attendance, leaves, and approvals. ? Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date employee data and manage joining to exit formalities.
? PMS Implementation: Implement a Performance Management System, set KRAs/KPIs, track employee performance, and support annual appraisals.
? Compliance: Ensure HR activities follow labor laws and company regulations.
? Employee Support: Handle grievances, engagement activities, and support management with HR reports and analysis.
Qualification:
? MBA (HR) will be preferred. Required Skills:
? HR policy & labor law knowledge
? Experience with PMS, attendance, and payroll systems
? Strong in MS Office/HR software
? Good communication & coordination skills Relevant Experience:
? Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
