Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the NGO's mission and goals.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff, ensuring a diverse and competent workforce.
Oversee performance management, learning & development, and career progression initiatives.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Support organizational culture building, engagement, and motivation initiatives.
Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and track HR metrics to inform leadership decisions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
