HR & Training Manager - Munjoh Group (Luxury Resorts, Andamans)

Munjoh is in the middle of a

turnaround -- almost a re-opening

. We're rebuilding systems, retraining teams, and driving a new culture of ownership and discipline across our luxury resorts in the Andamans.

We're looking for a

hands-on HR & Training Manager

who can lead from the front -- setting up structure, hiring right, building accountability, and ensuring every team member is trained, motivated, and performing to Luxury standards.

Your Role

Set up and manage HR operations -- hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance. Design and run

training programs

for all departments (service, kitchen, housekeeping, front office). Build

SOP-driven performance systems

for reviews, incentives, and training hours. Handle

employee relations

with firmness and empathy -- zero tolerance for indiscipline. Partner with leadership to

shape a results-first, guest-centric culture.

You Are

Experienced in

luxury hotel/resort HR

(minimum 5-8 years). A builder -- loves creating systems from scratch. Calm under chaos, consistent, and unafraid of challenge. Hands-on, grounded, and

committed to island life

-- not a remote coordinator. Non-drinker, disciplined, and results-oriented.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
