Responsibilities:
Responsible to implement performance appraisal and plans for improvement.
Tracks KPIs and aligns performance outcomes with business objectives.
Supports performance evaluation and assist with career development.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and aligned business objectives.
Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations
Address employee concerns, resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide HR guidance and support to Managers and employees with their assigned business units.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA HR or MSW, or any equivalent qualification.
15+ years of experience in the HR industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
