This role requires strong partnerships with the HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (CoE) leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business priorities and align services within this team to meet organizational needs
Lead regional HR Operations team activities
Ensure a strong functional team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, recognition, performance management, development, and succession planning
Interview and hire new team members
Provide performance-related feedback and guidance
Resolve team performance-related issues
Drive individual development plans
Drive engagement and recognition activity plans
Ensure business continuity and succession plans
Monitor team performance and objectives
Supervise Regional HR Operations Advisors' daily activities
Serve as the final escalation point for customer calls and inquiries
Triage and resolve escalated Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 requests as needed
Publish monthly executive dashboards/KPI metric reporting
Ensure all audit and compliance activities and requests are adhered to for the region
Proactively manage relationships with other key functional areas including Payroll, Finance, HRIS, HRBPs, and IT
Liaison with external payroll and benefit vendors as needed
Serve as an SME on HR Projects and improvements as needed, including UAT and requirements gathering
Consult and implement regional integration activities for mergers and acquisitions
Monitor SLA compliance
