will lead human resource operations and student placement activities at CORE Institute of Technology. This role involves overseeing HR policies, managing recruitment and employee engagement, building corporate relationships for placements, and guiding HR interns across branches. The position requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional dedicated to fostering institutional growth and career success for students.
Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resource Management
Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards aligned with institutional goals.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters with professionalism.
Conduct employee engagement initiatives, staff training, and development programs.
Maintain HR documentation, payroll coordination, and administrative support functions.
Guide and assist HR interns from other branches
, ensuring uniform HR practices and mentoring their professional growth.
2. Placement Coordination
Establish and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR professionals, and industry partners for student placements and internships.
Organize campus recruitment drives, industry interactions, and career development sessions.
Prepare students for placements through resume building, mock interviews, and employability training.
Track placement progress, maintain reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Coordinate with alumni and corporate networks to enhance placement opportunities and institutional visibility.
3. Administration & Cross-Branch Coordination
Coordinate HR and placement functions across multiple branches of the institute.
Support management in implementing HR strategies, employee engagement plans, and placement targets.
Represent the HR & Placement Department in meetings, reviews, and official events.
Contribute to institutional branding through industry partnerships, seminars, and student development programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3-5 years
of relevant experience in HR management and placement coordination (preferably in the education or training sector).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/placement management systems.
Ability to mentor interns and manage cross-functional activities effectively.
