Manager - HR Operations/Payroll - Gurgaon - 5+ Years
This is a leadership opportunity to spearhead the HR Operations function for a large and dynamic workforce. The role demands complete ownership of end-to-end payroll management, statutory compliance, Full & Final (F&F) settlements, internal and external audits, HR governance, and the continuous digitisation of HR processes. You will be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy at scale, managing vendor performance, publishing HR dashboards, and leading a high-performing operations team.
