Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete
payroll management and salary processing
, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Manage
statutory compliance
including PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update
employee records
, HR databases, and documentation.
Oversee
employee onboarding and exit processes
, including offer letters, joining formalities, and clearances.
Develop, implement, and update
HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent HR support across departments.
Address employee queries related to payroll, policies, attendance, and benefits.
Support performance management, leave management, and attendance tracking systems.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related data and operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
HR operations / HR administration

Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently and efficiently.
