The HR Operations Manager at GEIMS oversees end-to-end HR processes, ensures smooth employee services, and supports policy implementation, payroll coordination, and compliance across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations, HRIS updates, and employee documentation.
Supervise onboarding, induction, ID creation, and joining formalities.
Oversee exit processes, full & final settlements, and relieving.
Validate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, OT).
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labor laws, and GEIMS policies.
Handle employee queries and grievance resolution.
Support employee engagement activities and communication.
Prepare HR MIS, attendance, and headcount reports.
Coordinate with Admin, IT, Finance, and Academic units for smooth operations.

Qualification
MBA in HR
3-7 years of HR operations experience .
