Job Summary:
The Manager - HR Operations will be responsible for driving excellence across the entire Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, ensuring efficient, compliant, and employee?centric HR processes. The role requires close collaboration with HR COEs and cross?functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and deliver high?quality HR services.
A key focus of the role is continuous process improvement, system optimization, and data?driven insights that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. The position also ensures strong governance, adherence to policies, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle & Process Management:
Oversee end?to?end Employee Lifecycle Management (ELCM) including process documentation, SOP creation, and timely updates.
Maintain HR systems to ensure smooth operations, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
Troubleshoot system-related issues and coordinate with technology teams for timely resolution.
Drive smooth implementation of HR processes and ensure regular reviews and updates aligned with business needs.
Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders on HR systems and process changes, as applicable.
Process Improvement, Reporting & Governance
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual efforts, and enhance user experience through technology improvements in H2R processes.
Ensure appropriate training and change management for teams adapting to new or updated systems.
Maintain HR Operations MIS dashboards, track internal team deliverables, and recommend process enhancements.
Ensure robust controls and adherence to HR policies, guidelines, and audit standards across all HR operations.
Stakeholder Management
Provide HR Operations support to internal and external stakeholders, including timely responses to audit queries and compliance reporting requirements.
Partner with COEs, business teams, and external partners to maintain service excellence and resolve issues efficiently.
Additional Responsibilities
Lead or support special projects related to HR Operations as assigned by Manager.
Contribute to organizational transformation initiatives related to HR digitization and process excellence.
Skillset:
Strong understanding of HR processes, HR operations frameworks, and HR technology platforms (SuccessFactors - mandatory, Workday etc.).
Excellent execution capabilities and proven experience in complex environments.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive data.
Excellent organizational and time?management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication & Change management.
Ability to clearly communicate changes to stakeholders across various functions and locations.
Strong knowledge and hand-on experience in MS office (word, Excel and Power point).
Proficiency in preparing clear and impactful presentations for stakeholders.
