Oversee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities for store and HO employees.
Ensure HRMS data accuracy and timely updates across employee records.

Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with finance.
Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, shops & establishment).
Handle statutory audit documentation and reports.

HR Operations & Policies
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements for efficiency.
Maintain HR dashboards, attrition reports, and other MIS.
Support manpower budgeting and store-level HR audits.
4.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor attendance through biometric and HRMS systems.
Manage leave, shift, and roster administration for retail and support staff.
5.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
Support HRBP/HO in driving employee engagement initiatives.
Act as first-level contact for grievance redressal and employee queries.
6.
Vendor & Store HR Coordination
Liaise with regional/store HR representatives and staffing agencies for timely documentation and compliance.
Manage third-party manpower agency coordination and invoice validation.
