HR & Operations Manager
to oversee our people and processes.
Position Overview
The
HR & Operations Manager
will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and aligning business processes with organizational goals. The role requires prior experience in the
construction/real estate industry
and the ability to lead a team effectively while streamlining workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
Maintain employee records and handle payroll coordination.
Design and execute performance appraisal systems.
Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Organize training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Coordinate with project, site, and back-office teams for workflow efficiency.
Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure productivity and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).
Handle vendor management, contracts, and office administration.
Support the management in strategic planning and execution of company goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of experience
in HR & Operations (preferably in construction/real estate).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
