Your Career
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our HR Operations team in delivering exceptional service through our global shared services model. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and technology adoption to enhance the employee experience.
Your Impact:

Strategic Leadership: - Provide input and thought leadership to the comprehensive global HR Operations model aligned with the overall HR and business objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of HR Operations, including service delivery, process optimization, technology capabilities, and vendor management.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery operational effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Team Management & Development: - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of ~5 HR professionals initially with growth potential to 10+ team members providing service delivery for a specific set of global services, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Provide clear direction and continuous feedback, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure individual and team success.
Service Delivery & Process Improvement: - Oversee day to day the delivery of high-quality and efficient HR services across various areas such as: employee data management, auditing and compliance, front line cyclical program support and general support inquiries to name a few.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize HR processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance the employee and manager experience.
- Implement automation and self-service solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Technology & Innovation: - Stay abreast of emerging HR technology trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
- Lead the change and adoption of new HR technologies, including HRIS systems, payroll systems, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all HR systems and platforms.
Stakeholder Management: - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Global People Operations Ecosystem, People Business Partners, IT, Finance, and Legal.
- Partnering for Success: We work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless services and achieve outcomes that exceed our service owners' expectations.
