General HR Responsibilities

Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate staff development programs.
Maintain strong focus on workplace health, safety, and ethical standards.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and HR compliance.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR management experience.
Strong understanding of healthcare workforce requirements and compliance standards.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
