We are seeking am HR Manager with an expertise in Core HR functions to support the growth and business objectives of NucleusTeq
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with overall business strategy
+ Own and update the Policy Documents, Employee Handbook as needed
+ Ensure adherence and provide guidance in case of ambiguity Oversee performance appraisal systems
+ Own and execute the Performance and Talent Strategy
+ Recommend and develop review systems Support the Recruitment, selection and onboarding process
Develop and drive the Training Calendar for the tech and non tech teams
Bridge management and employee relations
Ensure legal and statutory compliance and maintain HR records
Manage employee benefits and wellness programs
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA (HR) or equivalent
8+ years experience in companies with progressive HR systems
Experience in tech and tech adjacent companies is preferred
Demonstrated expertise in leading and implementing performance management systems, training & development and policy drafting
Excellent communication, high ownership and bias for action.
