Location: Nashik Satpur Experience: 10+yrs

Qualification - Graduate or Post graduate in HR or any other related field.

Should have worked in Manufacturing company having multi-location, withmin employee count of 400+

Must have good communication skill, fluency in English.

JD :

Maintaining the entire HR, IR, Admin function.

Manage the talent acquisition function for all open positions in a cost effective and timely manner through internal talent acquisition team and personally handle and manage the critical roles and leadership positions across the organization. Complete end to end responsibility for the Performance Management system Plan and execute various Learning programs based on the Training Needs Identification post the Performance Appraisal Process. Identify and collaborate with suitable internal/external trainers so that the gaps can be bridged and performance enhanced. Designing of Annual Employee Engagement Calendar and executing various engagement activities to create strong bonds, team building and belongingness to the organization. Responsible for Admin related activities for all units. Grievance handling and resolution mechanism for concerned employees. Responsible for HR communication both for internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for Statutory compliance as applicable. Responsible for IR grievances, long term settlement & disciplinary action as & when required. Maintain amicable relation with Union & all employees. Ensuring that the manpower costs remain at the optimum level by adherence to budgets. Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company's compliance with local labour laws and related statutory requirements.
