We are looking for an
HR Manager
who will play a pivotal role in creating a
world-class employee experience
by partnering closely with the VP HR. This role spans the entire employee lifecycle--from onboarding to exit--and emphasizes employee engagement, well-being, and building a workplace where people feel inspired to give their best.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee end-to-end HR processes from onboarding, probation, confirmation, and employee development to exit formalities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Design and implement engagement initiatives aligned with the creative culture of the studio.
- Partner with leadership to nurture a workplace that is inclusive, inspiring, and people-first.
Happiness Index & Satisfaction:
-Develop and drive the studio's
Happiness Index framework

- Collect, analyze, and report data to measure employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement action plans in collaboration with business leaders to enhance employee well-being and workplace happiness.
Policy & Compliance:
Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with statutory requirements while balancing employee welfare and business needs.
Talent Development:
Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify skill gaps, design interventions, and support career progression.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, handling concerns with empathy, confidentiality, and fairness.
Performance Management:
Support the VP HR in driving performance management, including goal setting, feedback systems, and career conversations.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR best practices across the employee lifecycle.
Ability to design and interpret employee satisfaction metrics (Happiness Index, surveys, feedback loops).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and empathetic.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
8-10 years of HR experience, preferably in tech-driven industries.
Proven track record of managing employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
