Role Overview:

Responsible for driving Performance Management with Balance Scorecard, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and HR Analytics. This role holder also manages the recruitment team and Learning & Development activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Create and drive strategy, framework, processes, data analysis for performance management, talent reviews/calibration, and performance management analytics in consultation with the Head HR. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement. Lead HR Operations and Employee Relations. Coach the recruitment team, drive senior-level hiring, and oversee learning and development programs. Design and analyze a variety of HR surveys such as candidate experience survey, employee engagement survey, pulse survey, training effectiveness survey, etc. Spearhead HR analytics initiatives to drive data-driven decisions. Should be able to design a variety of HR MIS reports and HR dashboards using MS-Excel and Google Analytics. Create HR Presentations and HR Communication collateral. Oversee HRMS implementation for process optimization and efficiency.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA / MMS / PGDM / PGDBA in HR from a reputed B-School. Prefers full-time MBA or equivalent degree.

Years of Experience:



7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role. 5 years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. Demonstrated track record of creating and driving talent and learning programs that positively calibrate talent with rigor, deepen succession and increase organizational capability. Should have experience in Compensation and Benefits Design and Payroll administration. Proficient in HR Analytics and Advanced Dashboards. Ability to effectively interface with and influence employees/managers at all levels of the organization and across business units (interventions)
