1. Will be responsible of managing HR generalist role from scratch level perform HR and general affairs-related tasks like recruitment, Training & Development, Employee benefit, statutory compliance, PMS, payroll.
2. Establish and operate HR systems,Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
3.Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes tailored for the plant. Drive organization structure design and manpower planning in coordination with project and functional teams.
4.Govt Laison work,Plant Administrative functions.
5. 100 % Governance with all state and Centre Rules and Regulations. Successfully renewed Factory License, Plant layout and Stability Certificate.
6.Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system, providing guidance to managers on effective feedback delivery and supporting employee development and career pathing programs.
7.: Oversee general administrative operations, which may include managing external suppliers, facility maintenance, vehicle management, and coordinating services like canteen operations.
