Experience
? 10 years of progressive experience in HR operations, preferably in
healthcare / hospital / Ayurveda sector
.
? Strong exposure to recruitment, HR policies, statutory compliance, payroll, and employee relations.
? Hands-on experience in
NABH HR documentation
, audits, PMS, and training & development.
Skills & Competencies
? Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
? Expertise in manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management.
? Skilled in PMS, KPI setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
? Proficient in NABH requirements: credentialing, privileging, job descriptions, organograms, training documentation, and competency matrices.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
? Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management ability.
? Proficient in HRMS/ERP systems, MS Office, and HR analytics.
? High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
Purpose:
The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions in the hospital, ensuring smooth workforce operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. The role demands strong expertise in healthcare HR practices, statutory requirements, staffing, grievance handling and talent development within a clinical and non-clinical setup.
Key Responsibilities -Healthcare
1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, paramedical, and non-clinical positions.
2. Coordinate manpower planning, yearly budgeting, and workforce forecasting.
3. Oversee onboarding, hospital orientation, and documentation verification.
4. Maintain timely credentialing renewals for doctors, Nurses & Therapists.
5. Prepare duty rosters, shift allocation, and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
6. Implement and monitor employee engagement, wellness and recognition programs.
7. Address employee grievances and ensure timely conflict resolution. Conduct disciplinary proceedings, issue notices, and maintain documentation.
21. Coordinate with department heads for manpower issues, staffing gaps & performance matters.
22. Ensure workplace safety, infection control support, and hygiene guidelines adherence.
23. Plan salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, and HR budgeting.
24. Prepare HR dashboards, analytics, attrition reports, and monthly MIS for management.
25. Support management in strategic HR planning, change management, and organizational development initiatives. Ensure high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and HR ethics

Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
