Proven experience in accounts and Labour Law compliance-related roles in different states of India.
Should have Minimum 10-15 years of Experience. Males required.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.) of different states of India.
Ensure timely processing and payment of statutory obligations such as PF, ESIC, PT, MLW
Familiarity with labor law, including BOCW and ISMW regulations
Prepare and present monthly compliance documentation to clients, ensuring 100% labor compliance Every Month for timely Billing.
Ability to travel to various locations of India as required.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Should Have Knowledge of Tally.
Should Make Salary Sheets.
Manage Over Time of site team.
Manage data and keep records Room Rents at all Sites. Ensuring their timely payments.
Manage Data of all our Staff at site.
Should have Minimum 10-15 years of Experience.
