Role Overview



We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with a powerhouse background in

IR and Statutory Compliance

. You will be the backbone of our Head Office operations, ensuring that our workforce across various project sites--Solar, Civil, and Pipeline--is managed efficiently, legally, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities



1. PSU & Statutory Compliance (The Core)



Client Liaison:

Manage and represent the company during HR/IR audits conducted by PSU clients (IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, etc.).

Labour Law & Codes:

Ensure 100% compliance with the Contract Labour (R&A) Act, BOCW Act, and new Labour Codes specifically as they apply to PSU project sites.

Dept. Coordination:

Directly handle filings and returns with the Labour Department, ESIC, and EPF offices.

Document Management:

Maintain meticulous worker documentation (Form V, Form VI, Wage Registers) required for bill clearances and PSU site gate passes.

2. HR Operations & Payroll



Payroll Processing:

End-to-end payroll management for a diverse workforce including HO staff and site-based workers.

Recruitment:

Source and hire specialized talent for pipeline and solar projects (Engineers, Safety Officers, Site Supervisors).

Performance Management:

Monitor employee KPIs and site-level performance metrics.

3. Project-Specific IR



Handle the complexities of mobilizing/demobilizing manpower for remote Pipeline and Solar sites across India. Ensure local labour issues are mitigated through proactive IR strategies.

Candidate Requirements



Education:

MBA in HR, MSW, or LLB (Labour Laws) preferred.

Experience:

5+ years in a similar role within

Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or Power sectors.

The "PSU Factor":

Must have a proven track record of handling documentation and audits for major PSUs (e.g., GAIL, MSEDCL, OREDA).

Regulatory Knowledge:

Deep understanding of EPF, ESIC and other filing portals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
