The incumbent should be a full time MBA in HR / MSW or Equivalent with excellent communication skills with around 6 to 10 years of experience in Plant HR including Industrial Relations, Employee Welfare, HR Policies , Union Management etc in a large / mid size manufacturing Company.The incumbent will be responsible for Plant HR & IR including -:- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations etc.- Managing employee relations, employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.- Managing compensation and benefits programs and Employee Communication.- Managing HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies.- Performance management of the employees and assist in salary planning- Steer HR-related projects and initiatives throughout the year, maintain HR-related spreadsheets, update and distribute it on a predetermined schedule- Managing dispute resolutions and developing labour policiesCandidates meeting above may contact -:ML Yadav
