Facilitate & co-ordinate trainings (internal / external) for the team
Corporate Initiatives:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day services and operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations and standards of practice

Criteria : (Must have) Education: PG- Post Graduate - Specialization in Human Resource Management
The candidate should have at least 12+ years of work experience as an HR generalist preferably in a BPS environment

Employee development and performance management skills.
Ability to supervise and train the team, to improve organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments

Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
Flexible to work in shifts
Should have an experience managing first level managers (for Manager HRBP profile) or even second level managers for Sr. Manager HRBP profile)
Should have managed a team span of 4 or more team members and 1500+ employees
