Job Responsibilities :

Responsibilities:

  • Support end to end HR service delivery
  • Responsible to manage a delivery center
  • Foster a strong business relationship with the stake holders
  • Ensure SLA Mgmt. of the BHR team's various activities
  • Employee escalation, grievance & conflict management
  • Plan and execute Org. level Programs and engagement programs for the location
  • Mentor, upscale the team and foster team bonding
  • Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Attrition Management and retention
Reports, Audits & Compliances:
  • Responsible for managing internal reports
  • Ensuring proper database of reports are maintained
  • Manage & face internal & external audits wherever needed
  • Adhering to QMS & ISMS compliances
Training & Development:
  • Ensuring that proper induction and adequate trainings are been imparted to employees
  • Facilitate & co-ordinate trainings (internal / external) for the team
Corporate Initiatives:
  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day services and operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations and standards of practice

Criteria :
(Must have)
Education:
PG- Post Graduate - Specialization in Human Resource Management
  • The candidate should have at least 12+ years of work experience as an HR generalist preferably in a BPS environment
  • Understands IT/ITES culture
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
  • Good client interfacing skills
  • Energetic and self-driven individual, with a focus on self and team development
  • Employee development and performance management skills.
  • Ability to supervise and train the team, to improve organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
  • Good knowledge and understanding of human resources concepts, practices, systems, procedures and current trends
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
  • Flexible to work in shifts
  • Should have an experience managing first level managers (for Manager HRBP profile) or even second level managers for Sr. Manager HRBP profile)
  • Should have managed a team span of 4 or more team members and 1500+ employees
