The HR Business Partner is responsible for all human resource activities in the region, including industrial relations, recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, HR operations, and the implementation of performance management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide recruitment support, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Support identification of internal talent and development planning.
Facilitate career and succession planning.
Conduct open houses and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Manage industrial relations with the contractual workforce.
Liaison with labor boards and government organizations.
Ensure the development and rollout of training programs and individual development plans (IDPs).
Facilitate performance management processes..
Monitor HR operations, including leave planning, attendance, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and legal requirements
