1 Support end to end HRBP delivery. 2. Foster a strong business relationship with the stake holders 3. Induction and assimilation of the new joiners 4. Employee Confirmation, Performance Management and Appraisals 5. Employee Grievance Management and counseling 6. Conduct regular employee connect sessions to understand their concerns and implement action plans to address them 7. Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units 8. Focus on supervisory enablement activities 9. Plan and execute engagement activities for the location 10. Address and resolve employee queries in a timely manner 11. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations 12. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance 13. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity 14. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation 15. Attrition Management and retention 16. Manage all the documentation related to the employees that includes employee files, promotion/appraisal documents, statutory documents and exit documents
