Education : Diploma/Masters / PG Degree in HR

Experience *: Min 8 Years in Generalist HR Profile

Key Responsibilities :

Managing end-to-end HR functions including Recruitment, HR Operations, Compliance, Employee Life Cycle Management, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.
Key Notes

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English Language to work in Global working environment. Strong knowledge of HR processes and Statutory Requirements. Experience of managing recruitment, HR Operations and Compliance. Inter personal skills and willingness to go an extra mile.
Job Timing & Working Days *: 10 to 6.00 (Working Mothers) 10 to 7 (others)
