MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent specialization Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and people management

Experience

5-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager in the IT industry Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions in a corporate or tech setup

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all HR operations for the IT division and manage the HR team Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR policies Manage payroll, leave, and attendance systems using HRMS Conduct employee engagement, performance reviews, and exit formalities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Support management with HR analytics and decision-making reports
