Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage our HR function. This position requires a hands-on leader who can align HR practices with business objectives, manage daily HR functions, and build a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management Partner with leadership to align workforce planning with business goals Build HR processes, SOPs, and organizational policies Lead initiatives for employee development, training, and retention Drive company culture and values across departments Manage attendance, benefits administration & all aspects of HR role efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum

7 years

of HR experience - preferably in IPR or legal sector(Not mandatory) Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and policy development Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to manage 2-3 associates under him/her
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
