Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced
HR professional with a Civil Engineering background
who can combine technical understanding with strong people and documentation management skills. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in
HR operations, site administration, official correspondence
, and a sound understanding of
HAM and EPC contract structures
.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee
manpower planning, recruitment, and deployment
for multiple project sites.
Supervise
attendance management, payroll coordination
, and compliance under
PF, ESI, BOCW, and labour laws
.
Draft and vet
official letters, correspondence, and contractual communications
with NHAI, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate between
project sites and head office
for HR, administration, and contract-related matters.
Support the contracts department in maintaining
documentation and records
as per
HAM/EPC contract requirements
.
Ensure statutory and contractual
compliance
across all project locations.
Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and clients on HR and compliance-related issues.
Develop and implement
HR policies, training programs
, and discipline systems tailored for project environments.
Qualifications & Experience
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(mandatory)
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management / IR
(preferred)
Minimum
10-15 years of experience
in HR and site administration within
construction / infrastructure companies
Proficient in
letter drafting, official correspondence
, and document control
Sound knowledge of
NHAI procedures, HAM and EPC contracts
, and construction project organization
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
Proficiency in
MS Office and HRMS tools
Compensation
