Job Role: Manager HR & Compliance

Job Location: Head Office - DELHI

Qualification: MBA- HR

Experience: 10-12 Years

ResponsibilitiesWell-versed with HRM processes, practices, IR Laws, Labour Laws & Compliances, Rules & Regulations (Must)

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Conduct employee orientation and training programs.

Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.

Administer compensation and benefits programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, statutory compliance ESI, EPF & LWF etc.

Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.

Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.

Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Complete compliance handling under the Factories Act.
