Strategic HR Partnering Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution Performance Management Learning & Development Organizational Development & Change Management Employee Engagement & Retention Compliance & Policy Management HR Analytics & Reporting

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 8-12yrs years of experience as an HR Business Partner. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Candidates with prior experience in a

startup environment
