Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the leadership team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Lead and develop people management strategies to build a high-performance and inclusive culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations.
Handle employee relations issues effectively with a fair and legally compliant approach.
Drive HR initiatives and programs across all departments and locations.
Partner with legal and compliance teams as needed, preferred if the candidate holds a
legal qualification
or has experience in legal HR subjects.
Oversee HR operations, policies, documentation, and audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred: Additional legal qualification or demonstrated legal experience related to HR compliance.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR management.
Proven experience handling the entire employee lifecycle and acting in an HRBP capacity.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
