Manager HRBP

Work Location : Bangalore

Work Exp : 3 to 6 Yrs

Education Criteria : Tier 1 / Tier 2

CTC : 18 to 22 LPA

This is an Individual Contributor role :

Industry Background : Service Industry background like Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Paints, Pharma & Healthcare, Banking, and other White Goods.

- We are looking at someone very strong in stakeholder management, particularly at Business Head's level.

- Experience of working in hyper-growth start-up of 3-6 years of experience in engagement/ talent development role, out of which at least 2 years in leading specific projects etc is desirable.

Job Profile, may not be limited :

- As HRBP Specialist, your role will be key to driving seamless talent management practices & crafting unique engagements and growth for every individual member of the team.

- Co-Own the Workforce Planning agenda in the organization.

- Work on multiple projects of Organization Design etc

- Work on Job Evaluation methodology.

- Initiating and implementing innovative team-building and collaborative initiatives that help improve the Organizational Development Index.

- Manage Performance Reviews, Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit-based increments, salary benchmarking and rationalization, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication etc.

- Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.

Critical Skills :

- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task across concurrent projects with strong attention to detail.

- Strong analytical skills/ comfort in data analysis, including MS Excel modelling & data manipulation skills and ability to manage reports & dashboards
