Job Title: Manager HR
Experience Required: 8+ yrs experience in general HR activities
Qualification: MBA/PGDBM- HR
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, and help maintain positive employee relations.
Policy and Procedure Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data related to HR metrics.
Job Location: Kochi
Salary: 4-7 LPA
