Human Resources Responsibilities



Lead, manage, and execute all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Manage employee records, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management professionally. Conduct performance reviews, KPI tracking, and support team development. Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety standards, and company regulations. Plan and implement training, workshops, and professional development initiatives. Support management with HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development. Maintain confidential employee information and ensure HR best practices.

Administrative Responsibilities



Oversee daily administrative operations and office management. Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, maintenance, and facility management. Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes and workflow. Supervise admin staff, reception, drivers, and support personnel (if applicable). Handle documentation, file management, letters, memos, and official communication. Assist with budgeting for HR and admin departments. Support management with reports, data analysis, and administrative planning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
